Leeds: White Rose Shopping Centre - Yorkshire and Humber

Last updated 15 August 2008
The White Rose Shopping Centre is supporting the Walking for Health programme by opening the malls to the public from 9.00am - 10.am Monday to Friday for members of the public to take a little light exercise. The centre provides a warm, safe and dry environment with level walking that is suitable for people of all ages.

Our walks

The ¼ mile ground floor section from one end of the centre to the other is perfect for people just wanting a little gentle exercise and the White Rose scheme has been launched with expert help from South Leeds Health For All (SLHFA), which hosts the Walking for Health South and East Leeds project.

If travelling by car, Car Park 1 will be open from 8.30am. If travelling by bus, get off at the stop near Sainsbury's Savacentre. To get into the centre, use the main doors near Sainsbury's Savacentre.

For more information and a free starter pack, please call in at Reception or call 0113 229 1234.
