Our walks

Oswestry Walking for Health

Would you like to:

  • Meet new people
  • Discover new places to walk in your local area
  • Improve your health & fitness

Every Tuesday at 2pm at Gatacre Sports Pavilion, Gatacre Avenue, Oswestry, SY11 1DP.

60 minute walk.  Some gradient. Very scenic walk.  Refreshments after.

Every Thursday at 10.30am Oswestry Senior Citizens Club, Lorne Street, Oswestry, Shropshire, SY11 1ND .

30 - 60 minute walk, slight gradients, gentle pace and refreshments at the Senior Citizen's Club afterwards.

Please note: Suitable shoes recommended.  You will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire before your 1st health walk.
