Accredited SchemeDunchurch Health Walks - West Midlands

Last updated 13 March 2009

Our walking group has been established for over 6 years based in the village of Dunchurch on the outskirts of Rugby. Due to our location we have a wide range of local paths and lanes we can use. There is Draycote reservoir, an Alpaca farm, woods, gentle hills, views, nature and history

Our walks

Walkers meet at the war memorial opposite the Green Man pub, Daventry Road, Dunchurch.

 Our programme is:

  • Every Tuesday at 2.00pm, two walks. One 'short' walk of 1/2 to 3/4 hour duration and another 'standard' walk of 1 to 1 1/4 hours duration.
  • Every Friday at 10.30am a 'standard' walk
  • First Sunday of each month at 10.30am a 'long' walk of 2 to 2 1/4 hours duration.

Everyone is welcome. There are no fees involved.
Sensible footwear please, especially in wet weather.
On Fridays we normally go to the Green Man for tea, coffee or food!
