Lewes Health Walks - South East

Join us on a Health walk with trained Health Walk Leader every Tuesday

The walks are short (about 45 minutes), safe and on level ground. You can walk at your own pace - however fast or slow that might be - and there will be a leader at the back and the front to make sure that no-one gets left behind.

Meet at 10am at Lewes Leisure Centre, Mountfield Road, Lewes.

Walks cost £1.80, and walks that start at the Leisure Centre include a free tea or coffee afterwards. Every sixth walk is free. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and arrive ten minutes before the walk is due to start.
