Accredited SchemeEast Kent Health Walks - South East

Last updated 20 January 2010

Our walks

Are you in East Kent? Interested in finding a FREE, FUN and EASY way to get fit, meet friends, lose weight and have fun?

Why not come along to a Health Walk? Contact the East Kent Health Walks team.

All walks are led by trained volunteers. No need to book simply turn up and join in ... everyone's welcome!

All these HealthWalks are volunteer led. In order to have as many HealthWalks in East Kent as possible for you to join, we need to have friendly, reliable volunteers from the community to help lead, assist and promote the walks.

If you know anyone who would be interested in a free volunteer training day including lunch (with no commitment to lead straightaway) then get in touch with Martyn Jordan on 0800 8494000.

If you would like to be kept up-to-date with the latest news from the East Kent HealthWalks or included to a distribution list to receive regular updates drop us a line by email or give us a call (see contact details)
