Our walks

The Abingdon Health Walks scheme offers one walk every Monday morning and a First Steps Walk and Intermediate Walk every Wednesday morning. All walks  start and finish inside the White Horse Leisure and Tennis Centre, Audlett Drive, Abingdon, OX14 3PJ., They always leave at 10.30.am

The First Steps walk is between 1 and 1.5 miles long and the route is mainly flat and easy and has no steps or stiles. This walk is designed for people who do little or no exercise. Shorter loops are available if needed.

The Intermediate Walk is between 1.5 and 3 miles long and is designed for people who want or need to stretch themselves a little more and progress their fitness.

 

Events

There is a walk followed by a pub lunch on Wed Feb 4th. Walkers need to sign a form if they are interested or contact Viv.
