Oldham: ACTIVATE Health walks & cycling - North West

Activate Oldham is a boroughwide project that supports all our local Health Walk schemes.
Our aim is to develop more local Health Walks accross the borough where there is curently no provision and support existing schemes.
Below is a list of all the current walks within Oldham. Each walk is indivudually run by trained Volunteer Walk Leaders.

Mon 10.00am: Meet at Fitton Hill Community Centre
Mon 11.15am: WOMENS ONLY HEALTH WALK Meet outside the Pukhtoon Centre near Jamia Mosque
NEW Tue 10.30am: Meet at Crompton Pool
Tue 10.30am: Meet at Lees Library
Wed 10.00am: Meet at the Community Room at 8 Wyndale Road, off Hadfield St, Hathershaw
Thu 10.00am: Meet at Chadderton Asda Cafe
Fri 10.00am: Meet at Bardsley Church
Fri 12.30pm: Meet ata Oldham Sport Centre Cafe
NEW Sun 3.00pm: Meet at Daisy Nook. Meet at the Visitors centre, off Stannybrook Road.
Events
We also have FREE Cycling sessions for families, groups and individuals of any age. We have pods, tricycles, childrens and adults bikes. All equipment provided.
We also take booking throughout the week for groups.
Also we operate the NSP (National Step-o-meter Programme) To speak to a Health worker to take part in the 12 week step programme call: 0161-621-7152
