Boggart Hole Clough Strollers - North West

Last updated 31 July 2008

Our walks

Guided walks in North Manchester's parks including Boggart Hole Clough, Queen's Park, Crumpsall Park, Brookdale Park and the Irk Valley.

Boggart Hole Clough's country park setting means that you don't have to go far before feeling as though you've left the city. There is a led walk in Boggart Hole Clough every Tuesday afternoon at 1.30 pm meeting at the Visitors Centre, Charlestown Road main entrance.   Around 20+ walkers attend regularly and there is always a social element to the walks.

The walks are advertised in the local press and Manchester Leisure produces a quarterly Health Walks leaflet giving information on walks across the city. These leaflets are available from leisure centres, libraries and some doctors' surgeries.

Come and enjoy the scenery and wildlife within a group atmosphere.
