A programme of walks has been developed throughout the Wear Valley as part of the Walking for Health programme. Led walks offer both an introduction to walking for health, suitable for most levels of fitness, and also longer walks. All are free and open to everyone. No dogs are allowed. Blind or visually impaired participants with a guide dog are welcome.
Themed walks also take place throughout the year
