Midlife project providing social and healthy activities for everyone in Hackney aged between 50 and 65

Our walks

Suitable for all abilities.  Mondays 11.30-1pm.  Start from Rhodes Estate Community Hall, Woodland Street which is just behind CLR James Library in Dalston Lane.  Usually walk London Fields, Haggerston Park direction.  Return for Healthy Lunch (£1)
