Our walks

A programme of supported walks within the National Park available to people living in the High Peak and Dales Primary Care Trust.  The walks are designed for people who struggle to get out on their own.  They are popular among parents with young children, people on a low income, people with mental and physical health problems, people with learning disabilities and older people. Transport is available if required.

All walks are led by  National Park Rangers who also offer information about the local environment and it's history.
The scheme is jointly funded by the National Park Ranger Service and the local Primary Care Trust.

Booking is essential.
